CHAKMA BLACK DAY OBSERVED

Agartala: Tripura Chakma Students Association(TCSA) in collaboration with CHAKMA NATIONAL COUNCIL OF INDIA celebrated the BLACK DAY at The Agartala Press Club at 11AM. Dangu Shanti Bikash Chakma, Asst. GENERAL SECRETARY & GENERAL SECRETARY Tripura State Committe presided over the Conference. The conference was graced with the presence of Dangu Shrawto Ranjan Khisa. While talking he Added that Chakmas are not foreigner in India, they have been residing in India even before Indian independence.
